The Air Jordan 4 Retro 'Military Blue' is one of the rarest and most storied colorways in sneaker history. Originally released in 1989 and brought back only once in 2006, the 2024 retro marks just the third time this colorway has ever seen a general release — and Jordan Brand kept it faithful to the original in every way that matters.
A white leather upper anchors the look, with Neutral Grey overlays on the toe and lace holder wings adding depth and contrast. Military Blue mesh layers beneath white netting on the mid-panel and tongue, while Military Blue accents carry through to the mudguard, lace eyelets, and heel counter — where the iconic 'Nike Air' branding makes its return. A blue Jumpman on the tongue ties the colorway together, and a white rubber midsole with grey rubber outsole completes the build exactly as it appeared in '89.
